Winter Sled Dog Observations

Available from late November to early April, $5 per person

In the winter when we are doing sled rides all day, we don't have the time to do full kennel tours. You can still come visit the dogs though. Reservations are required, so we know when to expect you. The guest wrangler will give you a mini-tour as they bring you back to the staging area to pet and take pictures with the dogs who just pulled sleds.

Tour outline

  1. Check in with the Guest Wrangler
  2. Head towards the staging area while learning about the kennel area
  3. Interact with the dogs who just pulled sleds. Make sure to bring your camera!

Available Observation Times This Week

We only conduct observations when we have rides and a wrangler scheduled. The best time to show up is about 45 minutes after a scheduled ride. That gives us enough time to check you in, and walk back to the staging area as the teams are returning from the ride. The times listed below are the times you should plan on arriving to our location if you wanted to visit with the dogs.

No times available in the next 10 days

TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Observation times are subject to change based on when reservations are being made and canceled.

Risks and Rules

If you are coming for a ride with us, it is helpful to read our risks and rules before you show up. We will review these with you before your trip, but if you already know them, your time with us will be safer and more enjoyable. Also below is a waiver. If you have a large group coming, it is helpful to have the liability waiver signed by everyone before you show up as well. It saves a little check-in time.
