Colorado has passed laws that make the purchase and consumption of marijuana legal under certain circumstances. The Colorado Pot Guide website has a great overview of the laws regarding the purchase and use of marijuana.
Our Marijuana Policy
Guests may NOT actively use/consume marijuana products on any part of the kennel property or any part of the ride. You may use/consume as much as you wish before or after your experience with us.
Where to Find it
At the time of this writing, there are three local marijuana dispensaries. Two are in Fraser, and one in Tabernash. If you are driving from Denver to Fraser you will pass several other retail marijuana dispensaries. The last of which is called Serene Wellness and located in the city of Empire. The Colorado Pot Guide website also has a map of where to find retail, recreational marijuana dispensaries.
