The first homestead, post office, and stage stop in the Fraser Valley, built in 1874 by William Cozens. The property, with 11 rooms located on one acre, is now a museum open to the public. Exhibits include learning about the Cozens Family, a Doc Susie Room, President Eisenhower Room, POW Camp in Fraser Room, Ute Native People, and discovery of Berthoud Pass. A new gallery features artworks for sale by local artisans, including paintings, wood work, pottery, and more. The Shop has unique journals and books on the history of Grand County.
