Cabin Works is a locally owned and operated family business that focuses on home remodels, property maintenance and home and commercial cleaning. We are located in Granby, CO and cover the areas of Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby (including Sol Vista Basin), Hot Sulphur Springs and Grand Lake. We are licensed, bonded and insured. We have been doing business in Grand County since 2010. Our goal is to be your one-call local contact for anything you may need for your property. In addition to providing services to traditional homeowners, we also specialize in assisting owners who manage rental properties (e.g. VRBO) by preparing the property for renters (cleaning, damage inspection, trash out, staging, etc.) and updating owners of potential maintenance needs. Our services could also be offered to rental customers such as delivering groceries, daily maid service during their stay, cooking, holiday decorating, etc. The owners, Phill and Sarah Martin, are both degreed engineers with a decade of civil and mechanical engineering employment respectively. They moved to Grand County to be close to the mountains, raise their family and enjoy an outdoor lifestyle. As multiple property owners themselves, they saw a growing need for busy property owners to employ a reliable, local and attentive property maintenance company. Phill and Sarah met this need by opening Cabin Works.
